We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager in our Bensalem office. The successful candidate will develop Recruitment Process Outsourcing and HR services business in the Philadelphia metro area. Requirements; Experience selling HR Services or Recruitment/Staffing. Experience cold calling for clients in other desirable verticals will be considered Strong communication skills and the ability to work with professionals at all levels of our clients’ organizations. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Project Management Skills Entrepreneurial Can-do attitude Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer. Strong attention to detail. Commissions are paid on every hour a Human Capital Consultants consultant is billable to a client. Please note that this is a commission based position and does not offer a base salary or draw.
