Bi-Lingual Customer Service Agent (Inbound Sales)

Job Responsibilities:
• Handles large percentage of inbound sales calls in a prompt and professional manner, obtaining all information for resolution of transaction.
• Answers customer questions regarding billing, products and features.
• Targets customer interest with a variety of product and service offerings.
• Accepts sales goals and competes in incentive contests.
• Uses the CQE framework to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Proficient performance in regards to “product consultant” and “Information provider” categories.
• Corrects errors and discrepancies on customer bills as necessary.
• Represent Comcast in a professional and positive manner in all situations.
• Accurately presents sales and upgrade offers to assist customers in choosing the best available service to suit their needs.
• Meet performance metrics including monthly sales goals.
• Ability to meet minimum sales levels across all Comcast products as assigned.
• Retain customers at the current level of services
• Perform other duties as assigned Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communications skills
• Previous customer service/sales experience; ability to demonstrate value of Comcast Products and Services.
• Ability to work overtime, as needed.
